Granite markers along SR 370 beginning 1.5 miles east of the site show the progress of the battle, and a 1-mile walking trail with interpretive signs traverses it. An adjoining cemetery contains the graves of 97 Confederate soldiers.
The Mississippi Final Stands Interpretive Center is at 607 Grisham St., near the junction of SR 370 and US 45. The center offers Civil War exhibits and a timeline, a 22-minute video, a battlefield model and a flag memorial. A narrated driving tour of the site is available on tape or CD.
