NATIONAL PARK

Forillon National Park

White-tailed deer, moose, black bears, foxes, beavers, minks and porcupines can be seen from the many hiking trails. The cliffs and headlands are home to colonies of seabirds, including double-crested cormorants, black-legged kittiwakes, black guillemots, razorbills and other marine bird species; during spring and fall many species of migrating birds rest there. Grey and harbor seals bask on offshore rocks, and seven species of whales cavort in the park's bays.
