Hotel room was dirty. The floors appeared to be unclean. Both ac units were dirty to the point that we came home with sinus infections. I found roaches in our bathroom. The pool bar although they had a TV didn't have any antenna or cable connection so we couldn't watch any sports including the world series or NFL. Further the pool bartenders were arguing about money in front of everyone. All bar prices included a 20% gratuity even though we were paying cash. No daily cleaning service unless we asked for it. The room didn't have any premium channel like HBO showtime just basic TV. For the $216 resort fee they didn't have much to offer. We just decided to use the room and leave the resort do to lack of amenities. Smoking was allowed at the pool bar making it uncomfortable for us to even hang out for our complimentary drinks. The continental breakfast was decent at best. The cook would take your order off of the food coupons provided and made the eggs, bacon and sausage upon request. Unfortunately the eggs were cooked in the same Grease the bacon and sausage left behind. I threw it away. I just decided to have cereal and milk with toast. The cost of the hotel was more than our non stop round trip flights and we felt ripped off.
