- The time on your voucher is the meeting time at the AGENCY (the tour departs a few minutes later). In case of late arrival for check-in, we cannot guarantee access to the palace. Fees will apply if you wish to reschedule for a later tour.
- The scheduled access time can be delayed on peak days due to various safety controls established by the Versailles Palace.
- The tickets for the Musical Show or Fountain Show are included. You will be able to watch the shows during the tour and stay in the gardens after your half-day guided tour has finished.
- Baby strollers may be refused at the entrance of the palace.
- Bring your own headphones if you have them; standard jack, not Bluetooth. (optional)
