Buongiorno, first of all I would like to remind you that the tasting is always private as there is only one table available. only 2 people are accepted (it is possible to be accompanied by 1 child for free) Alessandro's Tasting includes unique products that you will not find anywhere else in Siena. Artisan salami, pork shoulder, pecorino with truffles and pecorino with pears produced by our friend Eros, numerous truffle products and fresh truffles always present in the fridge. You can also go and eat truffle pasta in one of the restaurants served by Alessandro, he has been an expert truffle hunter for over twenty years. If you are interested you can organize truffle hunting with him in the woods near Siena.
