The possibility of experiencing one of the most rooted traditions in Sicilian culture, namely the production of ricotta, directly at a shepherd's refuge, witnessing the entire production process, starting from the milking of the sheep up to the tasting of the freshly made and still hot ricotta. After this delicious taste of Sicilian culture you will go to the roof of our land, to the top of the Etna volcano, enjoying the views and typical landscapes of the largest active volcano in Europe. by selecting the "Winery Lunch and Wine Tasting" option, after the Etna tour you will be hosted in a cellar on the slopes of the volcano, where you will have the pleasure of enjoying a delicious lunch based on local products prepared according to the Sicilian culinary tradition combined with excellent wines of the cellar; an experience that will inebriate you with the flavours, smells and even colors of our local cuisine!
