You'll get a hands-on training from a qualified instructor. You'll master how to make ramen from scratch. Also two different types of gyoza. You'll learn unique cooking techniques that can easily be repeated at home. Vegetarians are welcome. Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
