- Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will incur extra charge of NT$500, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- It's a point-to-point private transportation service
- The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- The vehicle will be a 5-seater sedan, 5-seater SUV or 9-seater van, based on the number of passengers
- You will receive all the essential details (driver's name, contact and car plate number) one night before the trip via email. The driver will show up at the place you requested
- Baby car seat rental at NT$300 each
- Please provide your flight number and the amount of luggage when booking. Thank you!
- Free waiting time is 90 minutes after arrival for airport pickup service. Free waiting time is 10 minutes for Taichung City pickup. Extra waiting fee at NT$300 per 30 minutes.
