Overview
The guided day trip in private from Casablanca to Chaouen or chafchaouen, will allow you to to go through the history of this small beautiful twon situated in the middle of the mountains. You will enjoy the beautiful landscapes and breathtaking views from the mountains to the blue city. The city has been the inspiration for many painters like Eugéne Delacroix, Maria Fortuny and Henri Matisse. The center of the city the square of Uta al-Hammam, which houses the Alcazaba or Kasbah and a mosque with an octagonal base tower. Another emblematic point of the city is the Mosque of the Andalusians. The new city has been built lower than the old city. This city is considered as a "Holy City", and has several places that we should not miss: The Medina, The Outa Hammam Square, The Great Mosque, The Alcazaba or kasbah, The laundries. After the visit your driver will recommend a restaurant where you will enjoy a delicious lunch, and then you will drive back to Casablanca by the afternoon.
