Together with the "Family Siciliano" you will learn the art of Sicilian Pizza and Cannolo. Together with Mimmo you will learn the technique of preparing, decorating and cooking traditional Sicilian pizzas. Seek the pleasure of learning how the typical bruschetta is prepared, with typical local products: Pachino cherry tomatoes, basil, oregano and oil. With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of creating Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will learn how the cream is prepared to fill the Cannoli shell, starting from the traditional ricotta dessert up to the custard. A very important rule is that the cannoli must be filled at the moment, to best enjoy the freshness, sweetness and fragrance.
