It is the best gourmet experience to learn firsthand about Spanish gastronomy and cuisine! We will visit the Central Market, the largest indoor market in Spain, and interact with the stall owner. We proudly provide high-quality products and ingredients from there. You learn how to cook paella and sangria from a professional chef, and a licensed guide tells you about the culture, history, and how that influenced Alicante's gastronomy.
