- You need to arrive 30 minutes before your tour time. Failure to arrive on time may result in the cancellation of your booking due to availability.
- Minimum age for driving is 16 years, and the legal guardian of the minor must participate in the tour.
- The $100 security deposit is refundable if the ATV remains undamaged and has not been involved in any flips or accidents.
- Reckless driving can result in full termination of the tour without any refund.
