Overview
Understand the soul of India through its food culture and history. A fun and immersive bread making session followed by curated fine dining experience. Hosted in one of Bangalore's best neighbourhoods Choose from: Roti - This immersion can be considered a masterclass for popular Indian breads. It’s focussed on whole wheat flat breads and based on North Indian traditions. A very good place to start your journey. Dosa - This immersion is focussed on South Indian traditions and will feature rice as the hero. The cooking technique would we similar to crepes. Highly recommended if you avoid gluten. Exotic Indian Breads - This immersion goes much deeper and involves a few of the not-so-common breads across the Indian cuisine. We will work with flours like millets, lentils and rice and learn a few specialised techniques. Highly recommended for fellow bread nerds.
