- Red Route: 1st departure from stop 1 - 9am, Last departure from stop 1 - 5pm. Duration - 80 minutes. Frequency - every 30 minutes.
- Blue Route: 1st departure from stop 1 - 9am, Last departure from stop 1 - 5pm. Duration - 130 minutes. Frequency - every 30 minutes
- Sunset and Night Tour is not a hop-on hop-off tour. There is 1 loop per day. The tour lasts 2 hours. Pick up times: Stop 1 (The Dubai Mall) at 6pm, Stop 2 (Mina Seyahi - Dubai Marina) at 6:45pm, Stop 3 (Atlantis The Palm) at 7pm, Stop 4 (Fairmont the Palm) at 7:05pm, Stop 5 (Souk Madinat Jumeriah) at 7:20pm and Stop 6 (Mall of the Emirates) at 7:30pm

- Vouchers can be redeemed at any of the bus stops or you can go to one of the following Customer Support locations: The Dubai Mall bus parking, The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Mall of the Emirates Gate 4 (Tourist bus parking next to Ski Dubai), Atlantis The Palm (Next to the monorail station), JBR The Beach (Amwaj next to KFC Restaurant), Souk Madinat Jumeirah (next to Seattle's Best Coffee)
