We recommend bringing towel with you and water shoes or close toe sandals, also you must use biodegradable sunblock. Due to our commitment to nature, we suggest using biodegradable products. The experience is so incredible that it takes you to live the Mayan jungle in its 3 terrains, in the air on our Ziplines, in the water at our cenote, and on land on our ATVs. It is important to mention that only 18 years old and above are permitted to drive, if not, you need to share an ATV. All our vans are sanitized daily, we are a certified company in Quintana Roo. - For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

- Not recommended for travelers with spinal injuries

- Not recommended for travelers with poor cardiovascular health
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Only adults 18+ can drive their own ATV. Children (17 and under) must be accompanied by an adult.
- In case you select a different zone than the one your hotel is located in, your reservation must be edited with the correct zone (different cost) through the booking engine.

- ATV Insurance is included you don´t need to pay extra Insurance fee
- For security measures, the use of cell phones is not allowed during the activities.
- The weight limit is 270 pounds for ziplines and 300 pounds for ATVs
- We recommend you bring: clothes change, towel, closed shoes, swimsuit, sunscreen and biodegradable repellent, sunglasses and bandanas for ATVs.
