Where to begin and where to stop? The food is delectable and creative. The tuna poke over mung bean & crispy rice is an excellent starter. Move on to tasty options like the Mongolian beef, grilled kama, salmon and cucumber handroll, and tuna tartar. The nigiri menu is vast. The hirame and ora king salmon are excellent. The menu changes frequently to make use of the freshest ingredients and to encourage sharing. Your server may recommend ordering three to five dishes per person to share.
