Near Zion National Park, this youthful and upbeat place offers Southwestern cuisine, baby back ribs and Mexican favorites. The menu offerings range from an apple cider brined bone-in pork to tacos, enchiladas and tamales. A large selection of microbrews and margaritas are offered as well. There's an additional taco shack on the rear patio. The restaurant is only open Thurs-Sun in the winter.
