AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
Each evening a blind five- or nine-course tasting menu features innovative creations of fresh local and regional fare. Menus are not offered so each course is described in detail as served. The fun part of the experience is that the kitchen is fully within and open to the dining room, so the chefs can be viewed preparing each course. For the adventuresome, a beverage pairings includes both wines and cocktails prepared by the in-house mixologist.
