The phenomenal 10-course menu takes diners to exotic lands. My visit blended ancient Mexican and Japanese with dishes like Wagyu tlacoyo or al pastor kanpachi. The chawanmushi is the most delicious food I ever tasted. Chefs will describe the dishes as they are served.. The menu changes quarterly.
