A design showpiece located within the World Trade Center complex, the arts center and this contemporary restaurant sit very naturally and confidently, just adjacent to the 9/11 Memorial. Marcus Samuelsson’s menu is inspired by the neighborhoods and culinary traditions of New York City, which is a nice touch given the significance of the setting. Asian flavors, including tiger prawns and Flushing oysters highlight a menu; Crescent Island duck, Montauk fluke crudo and angel hair vongole, do too.
