High on a hill above the port, this 1797 historic fort is now home to an elegant restaurant with a terrace affording panoramic views. The menu features creative preparations of Caribbean-accented fare, including blackened red snapper with a coconut-ginger sauce, and oven-roasted lamb rack with sweet potato mash. A seasonally changing, three-course chef’s tasting menu is also offered. Lunch, served weekdays, is focused on sandwiches, salads, and a handful of entreés.
