Since 1986, this homey restaurant has been a favorite with both locals and tourists for the tasty preparations of fish, freshly caught on the owner’s daily charter trips. The daily catch can be prepared breaded and fried, blackened, sautéed in garlic, simply grilled, or Aruban style with a mild Creole sauce on the side. All entreés are accompanied by your choice of chef’s vegetables and baked potato or rice, plus pan bati, the local cornbread.
