The café's food is hearty and delicious. The "Alaska Sampler" makes a great starter. Locals favor the coconut salmon with coleslaw, meatloaf, grilled halibut tacos and "Holly's Thai Stir Fry." You'll also find one of the best breakfasts in the park with huge pancakes and breakfast burritos. A dessert case features tantalizing and habit-forming creations. The Mt.
