The bagels are hand rolled daily, then boiled in honey water before being baked in a wood fired oven. The menu features a variety of sandwiches like the Bon Mi with roasted pork, the Parisian with prosciutto and whipped Brie and the 912 with bacon, egg and cheese. During peak breakfast and lunch hours you may want to order in advance. Indoor seating is very limited but there are plenty of picnic tables and umbrellas outside.
