This spot was the first in the country licensed to operate its own distillery. Vodka, rum and gin are produced on the premises. The restaurant is appropriately named—bardenay is a term sailors use loosely in place of the word cocktail. A wide variety of dishes is served including chicken, salmon and shrimp satay, smoked trout spread, Buddha bowl quinoa-spinach salad, lamb/beef meatloaf sandwich, charbroiled Hagerman trout and sea bass gnocchi.
