This intimate bistro serves creative, quality food in a tastefully furnished historic home just steps from the gondola. The menu changes seasonally. Dishes may include buttermilk-fried quail, seared foie gras, marinated bison hanger steak, Rocky Mountain trout with duo of ravioli and truffle oil, and elk rib-eye with hazelnut and red wine jus.
