This spectacularly restored historic mansion has beautiful marble floors, lovely artwork and a serene pool area. The nicely appointed rooms offer plenty of space and large flat-panel TVs. Meets AAA guest room security requirements. Smoke free premises. 100 units. 3 stories, exterior corridors.

This review has no reflection on the staff unfortunately, it appears as the hotel is ran down and outdated room had no water at the sink for three days it was not until the shower had water issues that it was fixed on the third day of our day, the sliding glass door had water coming in to the room when it was raining which the staff shrugged off and mosquitoes were then in the room again the staff was very pleasant, and my opinion is that the owner does not maintain or put money into the building to maintain. it is a very nice area and a safe and quiet, the only reason we continue to stay there was the staff was so pleasant
The Wyndham in Merida Mexico was beautiful! We chose the location for our tours.. The hotel staff , excellent. Everyone was very helpful to us. We met many friendly people in Merida.
