Located a short walk from the Rainbow Bridge and the Falls, this hotel features stylish rooms with upgraded bedding, large desks and comfortable seating areas. The large upscale top-floor suites are gorgeous and offer views of the surrounding area and Canada. The restaurant is located just off the lobby. Smoke free premises. 188 units. 9 stories, interior corridors.

Bathroom had bugs in the shower at check-in. Hair on the floor and on the dresser from a previous guest. Carpet needed vacuumed and the room smelled of smoke. The breakfast was $20 and was okay. The staff in the restaurant was not friendly. Concierge, Gloria, was very good and able to help a great deal. Great location to the border and the falls. Other restaurants are a few blocks away.
Room was dirty staff was not kind.

Cobwebs, outside appearance is not at all inviting, no landscaping. Requested coffee which was called in by the desk clerk, it was never delivered.

If you like no frills, no amenities, this is the place for you. No house keeping until the fourth day & then you must ask for it& then YOU pay a fee for it. Couldn’t find a parking spot after coming back from dinner. After beginning of October only Starbucks & vending machines .For me a 1
The beds sounded like you were sleeping on a metal box. They squeaked so loud every time you moved. The showers didn’t drain.
