AAA Diamond Inspector Notes
This legendary hotel was home to huge named celebrities like Elvis and Liberace. Some suites will bring guests back to the Rat Pack days, and the standard rooms are more modern. Some say that Elvis' ghost still resides in the massive resort. The pickle ball courts are a huge hit. Smoke free premises. 2780 units, some two and three bedrooms. 29 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

It was nice our room was nice and clean, we just had to walk so far, we were in room 235 which was the at the very end of the hallway. So we had no view, but that was okay, next time I want to be closer to the elevators.

I will always reserve at this hotel.
The room was clean. The hotel feels safeish. Wish you had to use your key card to use the elevator for extra safety. Shower was falling apart. The tile was cracking and shards of tile were poking our feet while we showered. The shower head was spraying all over the place. Hotel needs some upgrades and cleaning. Don’t be surprised when you are charged a resort fee when you arrive if you book with AAA or another outside source. Most of the staff is annoying and not very friendly. They are very focused on signing people up for their timeshare. They are very short and dismissive if you are a “regular” guest.
Location is away from the strip but overall good place to stay.
Customer service was excellent, the room was great until we noticed that the whole carpet was freshly washed and still wet. We got our rooms changed and it was an upgrade but the bathroom started leaking water from the ceiling vent. So we contacted customer service again and we got moved to a much better upgraded room. All the rooms were clean and staff was polite but that's only reason I gave the 3 star rating but it could easily be a 5 star. Parking was free.
