We never stayed. We had to cancel our trip for medical reasons but you got to keep the first night stay even though we cancelled weeks in advance. This is the only hotel that insisted on keeping the money for no CC service. I doubt that I will ever book a room or use AAA as a booking service.
Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30om which is 2 1/2 hours past check in. I paid $305 with fees.
