2 things 1 a receptionist check me in but not been friendly. Didn't ask how many keys I needed. Also just gave me the keys not inside the cover. The other issue i was going to the elevator i didn't see water in the floor with alot off ice. I slipped. But handed my self not to hit the floor or wall. I told a lady that look like a housekeeping to please clean up. Before someone has an accident. Told the receptionist also but she didn't check.
Needs painting and carpets cleaned. A lot of wear and tear. It was much nicer when I stayed there a few years ago. Housekeeping staff was very friendly though.
