They charged me for an emotional support animal. I believe that is against the law. The lady that charged me was told twice that this was a support animal. Shower door leaked, making the floor very slippery.

We booked a handicpped room for my physically handicapped wife. The shower flooded the entire bathroom and a part of the living area. The floor is sloped away from the drain, so that i proved to be useless. The room had one chair total - with 5 rollers making it impossible for a handicapped person to sit in. We had to bring a chair into the hotel from outside for my wife. We learned that the question whether we wanted out sheets changed every day is a euphemism for NO room service whatsoever. There was absolutely NONE for 4 days .We had to get our own towels. The trash was overflowing and onto the floor when we left. The sink was totally stopped up when we arrived. Fortunately, a repairman came quickly after we complained, but had to take the pipes of the sink apart to repair the problem - which he did. We feel strongly that valuable consultation and dramatic improvement could be provided by a handicapped person staying in the handicapped room for several days - something which has obviously never happened. On the other hand, the breakfast was fantastic - the only high point of our entire stay for us.

Good for one night, but not for a longer stay. No closet, no desk. We paid extra for breakfast which did not give us anything other than what anyone else got without paying extra. Never received a receipt.
