We arrived lobby was nice. Clean get checked in. Right in front of our room where two big bins of trash bins. And part of the parking lot under construction. We Unload to get ready for our stay. Woke up in the morning to look at the alarm clock and there where roach on and around the nightstand. Called up to the front. They gave us other other room but before switching our thing . We made sure to SPRAY and disinfect our thing to make sure we didn't have any roaches in our suit cases. So our started was wasted from the early start that we wanted to have. I feel we should have been refunded a day since we had to clean up what the hotel should have.
Even though they were not supposed enter our room during our 3 day stay, that was according to the documents I signed and agreed to because they don’t clean or replace towels except every 3 days, someone did enter our room while we were out and that person used my brand new mouth wash as well as adjusted the refrigerator temperature which caused the items we had in there to spoil.
