Located in a busy industrial area near transportation services, this property's airport shuttle and park-and-fly service is a handy option. Please keep in mind the outside noise may be audible and easily resolved with a set of earplugs and their in room noise machines. The guest room interiors are contemporary and the bedding is plush. The indoor saltwater relaxation pool is an added bonus. Smoke free premises. 140 efficiencies. 5 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

It was noisy. We had a room on the street toward the parking lot and the entrance and heard traffic and noise all night. Someone came into the room above us around 10 and it sounded like they were stomping around until midnight. Overall, much noisier than expected. The couple we were with were on the other side and did not hear any traffic noise. The room itself was fine and close to the airport and had a free shuttle with courteous and helpful drivers. The breakfast was limited, but nicely done.
This hotel made for a very comfortable stay at a fair price. It's also located across the street from the SL3 bus line which connects into the Boston subway system.
Great, free airport shuttle, good hot breakfast with multiple choices, friendly staff, close to mass trans station. Restaurants in fairly close walking distance (though neighborhood walk is a little strange, but seemed totally safe).We didn't use it, but good kitchenette in room with dishes & cooking supplies. -Only thing lacking in room was a small safe.

Boston is expensive so the room was nice, but the price was not! Chelsea area has little to no taxi service making getting around a bit of a challenging! For an area so close to the airport and seaport, all the hotels and motels, no restaurants and as I said, getting about is difficult!

Staff was friendly, room was good, free breakfast was also good. Right across from a metro station to go downtown.
