The hotel plays host to numerous conventions and parties. Its location in downtown makes it a good pick for those wishing to walk around and take in the city. For rainy days, the fitness center has a full array of modern cardio machines. Smoke free premises. 891 units. 40-47 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The staff at the concierge desk were amazing. The valet staff at luggage check in were amazing as well. The check-in staff could have done a better job at explaining stuff and done what they said they would do. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not so great and needed to be cleaned or replaced. We had an awesome view of all the other hotels from our room. The restaurant stays busy, so make sure you make a reservation. The food was hot and fresh and the servers were friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance to many downtown restaurants and stores as well as the monorail, which will take you to the space needle. It was once a ritzy hotel, now outdated and rundown for the price per night that they charge. The 18th floor halls are musty smelling and the ice maker was out of order.
excellent staff I left wallet in safe and had to leave cruise ship ,get it with help of management. And get back to ship with 18 minutes to spare
Walking distance to many attractions. Hotel was beautiful. From the registration staff to the restaurant staff to the concierge and housekeeping — all were friendly and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
