Worst experience I have ever had here. I reserved a room on a high level with a strip view weeks in advance. Once we arrived to check in my room was not available. They had me on the 6th floor facing the parking garage. They kept trying to upsell me to a penthouse suite for a few thousand more. They even tried to get me to take a presidential suite for $18,000.00 yes you heard that right $18,000.00 for 2 nights. Needless to say after about an hour at the front desk they finally got me a room on the 16th floor facing the pool. Was a complete bait and switch. Never gonna stay there again.
Great staff, very welcoming. The hotel is very nice, clean and with a lot of helpful staff. The hotel is huge, it does take a bit to get oriented. The room was very nice, large sitting area with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was very large and clean.
