We had a "suite" but it did not have any windows! Nice kitchen but not a lot of utensils (only 1 coffee cup!), elevators were filthy, and the whole place just felt dinghy. Would not have booked a room here had we known that it was an interior room without any windows. The lady serving the breakfast (which was good) was wonderful.
We had our dog with us, and we felt comfortable. We were happy with the staff, the breakfast, parking, and the hotel location. We have been to this hotel off and on for many years. We were struck by how tired this favorite hotel is looking, needing some basic updates. On the other hand, we were happy to see the pool area closed for renovation.
