No customer service. AAA and the hotel had a disagreement on the sites, and they took it out on me the customer. Everything was out of my control, and I had to pay for it. The staff acts like if they don’t screw people over and make the most money the large Boston hotel will fail. It’s a beautiful hotel, but not worth the hassle, everyone, everyone at the desk had trouble with rooms and reservations. Hot mess hotel. Gorgeous city view tho, ***** their staff ruins it!
