The staff was outstanding! The average sized rooms had some pretty details but the designer had never traveled- tiny bathroom with the only sink inside the tub/toilet room.. a large walk-in closet with no place to open luggage there or anywhere else in the room! We asked for a king but got queens leaving no place to sit in the room and only one nightstand between the two beds. Property is beautiful and great location with great views.

Good basic room, clean, basic free breakfast, nice pool area, close to Springdate shuttle stop #4 to Zion NP
It's all about the location! We walked to all the restaurants, shops, the shuttle stops were close by, where you rent gear for the Narrows was on the same property. We went to Bryce Canyon, (about 2 hours), Kolab Canyon (30 mins), St.George, great antiques stores, (15 mins). Beautiful mountain scenes as soon as we stepped outside our room and a bench to just sit and enjoy, read, play games, or eat snacks on. We will be back!
