With a view that takes in the heart of midtown, both Times Square and Central Park are both a short walk away. This well-located property is perfectly suited for the leisure traveler and is especially convenient if arriving by car. Smoke free premises. 1931 units. 46 stories, interior corridors. Hotel room was basic- nothing special. Bathroom was particularly small, and we were not given enough towels for all of us in the room but easily corrected by asking housekeeping for more. Housekeeping came daily and did a nice job. Staff at this hotel are very friendly and willing to help. Check in is crazy at 3:00- waited in line to check in for 40 minutes. Lines were much shorter if you wait until after 4 to check in. Overall, clean, great location, and decent value for the price.

We reserved 2 rooms King size beds and when we got there the first night we were given a room with 2 queen beds instead...Then house keeping stated they had a shortage of towels and we ended up having only 1 towel for Room every other day
