No management visible. We called before we left on our trip to confirm king-size ground floor room. We were told yes! When we arrived it was not a king-size, but two queens. The clerk said that he would order a king for the next two nights. This didn't happen. Another clerk made a king size request, it didn't happen, he said that he would credit us $15.00, that didn't happen. The breakfast room tables were not wiped down and sanitized after each use, we had to wipe our table down with a napkin, meanwhile a clerk was there but busy on her cell phone. The waffle counter was messy with batter. The back door adjacent to our room was not a secure door. Anyone could enter. The parking lot was full of the same litter for 3 days, no one inspects it, cleans it up. But the most offensive thing is that two of the female clerks behind the desk were braiding their hair while other 3-4 housekeepers watched on.... This is visible and right next to the breakfast area! Wyndham, what are you thinking? I don't even expect this lack of management from Super 8!
