We booked this hotel for 2 separate stays during travel to and from our vacation destination. Both stays were assigned to the same room. During both stays, there was trash in the room upon arrival - used Styrofoam cups and bottle caps. There was also no way to plug the tub drain to be able to bathe my children. If it were just me and my husband, I wouldn't be as upset with the cleanliness/quality but having our children there made those things more obvious and upsetting.
