Not giving it any stars. Hotel was terrible, I wasn't give the handicap accessible room I request and was confirmed. Was told I could have it on Monday of my stay. When I inquired on Monday was told I couldn't have it as it as booked for later in the week. Ended up going to a different hotel. But I was charged for the whole week. The room was terrible, the carpet looked like it had been shampooed ever, the thermostat didn't work.
