When I arrive to my room is not ready to check in. I had reserved a two room suite that was given away upon arrival. The Manager staff could not accommodate me with the suite I had reserved. They put me in a lesser room with only one room. I had forecasts, and we had to share a bed and use a blowup mattress. I was very unhappy, and nothing was done to compensate me.
