Well-equipped, spacious suites make for a great home away from home at this extended-stay property, which even provides storage lockers for returning guests. They have a media room, two gas barbecue grills, a gazebo, corn hole, a small putting green, board games and movies for guests' use. We stayed for 2 weeks. In that time, we had maid service once. We made our beds everyday, bagged up the trash everyday, and had to constantly get our clean towels and facecloths. A toilet clogged one day. We reported to the front desk. We were told maintenance would take care of it. We went out for 4-5 hours and toilet was still gross and clogged. My kids got a plunger from the front desk and my daughter plunged the toilet. One wall of outlets stopped working, so that needed attention. The breakfast was a nice perk, nothing outstanding, but there was a variety everyday. We had stayed at this location 4 years ago without a complaint. It was fantastic then. Things were far different this time. They even tried charging me for an extra day, saying I had arrived a day late. I had to show confirmation e-mails with the booked dates. This was fortunately taken care of.
