This hotel doesn’t deserve a 1 star. Party and loud music all night long, phone ringing at 6 a.m., room alarm going off at 7 a.m. and the front desk manager didn’t know how to shut it off or offer help. This hotel offers a shuttle service and as promised prior to booking the front desk manager refused the service promised. Called customer service twice with no response. Horrible hotel service.
