They ain’t have the room I booked so they down graded my room and told me they was the same price when it wasn’t try to wash up water was cold and never got hot that was one of the worst hotel I ever booked and I book hotels a lot I was just up set and couldn’t get a refund or half my money back or anything

The hotel had plenty of amenities, a beautiful lobby, and a great location. Unfortunately, we had a reservation for a deluxe room and at check-in only a double room was available. There was standing water in the sink and tub and only warm water to take a shower. The rooms aren't very well kept.
