Located on the shores of the Parker River, this resort features studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with partial kitchens for long stays. The outdoor gazebo and sun deck are perfect places to relax. Amenities include a "community kitchen" and barbecue grills. Families will enjoy the outdoor playground, the game room with pool table and the lawn game area, which has corn hole, bocce and badminton. A basketball hoop is located in the parking lot and fishing is allowed along the river (a few fishing poles are available to borrow). Smoke free premises. 44 units, some two bedrooms. 2 stories (no elevator), interior corridors.
