Elevator on our hall out of order. Lobby is being remodeled. Rooms are definitely in need of remodel. Trash everywhere in parking lot. Loitering in parking lot. Staff not friendly at front desk. Housekeeping was very helpful. Breakfast was toaster and mini muffins.
