The shower tube and toilet had black dye stains on the majority of the surfaces. The bathroom door was split and de-laminated as if vandalized. Brown mold was evident on grouted areas around tiles. A ceramic tile was broken in a central location near the bathroom door. Brown stains were removed from the painted surfaces of the bathroom as they were more than unsightly. The ventilator fan enclosure was thick with dust and non-functional. The tub had a cigarette burn on its edge. In the bedroom area, dust was coating the wall sconce arms requiring cleaning. The smoke detector was encased with a clear plastic cover rendering it inoperable, possibly because someone was smoking in the room. The air conditioning unit was quite noisy. In toto, I will not be staying there again.
